The FUNdraising committee was created for the purpose of raising capital to pay down the mortgage on the 2012 building addition aka the Family Life Center.
Once that goal was achieved we refocused our efforts to raise supplemental funds for unplanned expenses.
We endeavor to create new and exciting activities that not only raise money, but create opportunities for fellowship and meeting potential new members.
We are a warm and welcoming community seeking to follow Jesus.
Our initial planning takes place in January and February with projects happening from March through December. Time commitment for committee members varies based on the project’s needs, ranging from a few hours to many days.
Some of our ongoing and annual projects include creating friendship bags that are distributed to visitors in worship, our mum sale, pie sale, Boscov shopping cards, Memorial bricks, Poinsettias and Wreath sale, gift wrapping, Mothers Day flowers.
We do our best to use local vendors.
Meetings are held on first Tuesday of the month in the FLC. Come join the FUN!
