The Board of Deacons maintains our church’s food pantry. Our food pantry stock is generously donated by members and friends of our congregation. The food is used to provide emergency assistance to those in need throughout the year. At the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, the Deacons also assemble food baskets to be distributed to those in our community who could most benefit from the fixings for a holiday meal and an assortment of basic grocery items.
We gratefully welcome monetary and grocery donations throughout the year. A grocery collection bin is located in the narthex. Suggested food pantry items are:
