Prayer Ministry
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
“Be joyful always; pray continually: give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus”
BPC has a robust prayer ministry. We offer up prayers in several ways such as Prayer in the Garden, through prayer team meetings, reflective praying on Sunday in our prayer room, FACEBOOK Group Prayer or with programs for National Day of Prayer or Praying in Color!
On Sunday mornings you’ll find members of the prayer team in the prayer room remembering those in prayer who have filled out a prayer request, or have placed a name on the prayer list, or have asked for prayers through our Website or Facebook page.
We continuously pray for God’s direction as a body of believers, for our community, for the well being of our leadership as they guide our congregation, for the World we live in, and for the decisions that are made on our behalf.
Prayer requests can be made using the prayer cards in the pew, contacting the church office, speaking to a Prayer team member, or going to our website and filling out a prayer request form. You can choose to have your name listed in the bulletin or can request just having prayers said through the team. All requests are shared with the Pastor and a response note is sent out periodically to let you know we have your loved ones in prayer.
